1. Receive

A courier will deliver your shipment to us, and our team will check-in the items on your spreadsheet within 24 hours. We'll inform you via your personal Discord channel with evidence of any discrepancies in the shipment.

2. Prepare

---

After checking in your shipment, our prep team will begin creating a shipment on your behalf. ​This will include labelling and any additional prep work required to ensure the shipment is as efficient as possible for your business.

3. Ship

---

Once the shipment has been finalised, your items will be moved to a separate tab on your spreadsheet to indicate that they have been sent. Our partnered carriers will collect your parcel and deliver it directly to its destination.

​You can trust our team, who have over 70 years of combined experience in the warehouse industry.

Your only input on the outbound goods is sending them to our warehouse, informing us of what you’ve ordered on your spreadsheet and uploading a SKU on Amazon. We handle the rest for you.
