The truth is, letting go of some control will take your business to the next level. We’re not saying all of it, but certain aspects can significantly improve the return on your time invested. Let us explain:

Doing laborious tasks such as packing boxes and fulfilling orders is not a good return on your time. If you spend an average of two hours a day fulfilling customer orders, this adds up to a total of 40 hours a month. 

What would you do if you had a spare 40 hours a month?
