Posh Palm is a hand care business selling to high-end hotels and restaurants, founded by Jodie. Posh Palm also has a direct-to-consumer arm of the business, both via Amazon and their own website.

What They Needed

When Jodie’s team joined us, she mentioned that they were struggling with stock availability from her previous fulfilment centre, and what she needed was a reliable fulfilment partner to take the stress away of having her orders completed.

Our Solution

Since we began working with Jodie, she has made it clear that we were to handle all of her stock, so that she could focus her time on growing the business. For this reason, Express Prep handles the storage and distribution across all of Posh Palm’s sales channels. We’ve integrated our warehouse management software into the website to fulfil the orders the same day, provided they have been ordered by 1pm.

Since joining Express Prep, Posh Palm has seen a 45 percent increase in sales over just three months. By handing over storage and fulfilment, Jodie now spends more time on growth and product development rather than packing boxes.
