This figure is £25 per hour, but it must be shown in 15-minute instalments, as that is how we bill them. For example, 6.25 hours will be 6.25 x £25

*RH&D is an acronym for RH&D (Receive, handling and dispatch). In other words, you only pay for the hourly labour in which we are fulfilling your products, all billed in 15-minute instalments, so you only pay for the exact time taken, and no more!

Is there a minimum order volume or spend?

No, we work with businesses of all sizes. Whether you're just starting or shipping thousands of orders a month, our pricing scales with your needs. The more you ship, the cheaper your fulfilment per unit.

Are there any setup or onboarding fees?​

No, there are no setup fees. All integrations into your selling channels are completely free.

Is packaging included in the price?

Yes, packaging and tape are included. If you’d prefer to use your own packaging, then let our team know. 

Yes — basic packaging like boxes, tape, and void fill is included. If you prefer branded or eco-friendly packaging, we’ll provide options and costs up front.

Do I need to use your shipping rates?

Not at all. You can use our discounted rates with carriers like Royal Mail and DPD, or you’re welcome to provide your own courier account.

Is protective packaging like void fill covered?

No, we exclude this from the base pricing since some products don’t require it. Where needed, we’ll use high-quality honeycomb void fill tailored to your items, and you’ll only ever pay for what’s used.

What happens if my parcel is larger than the default size?​

The pricing calculator assumes a parcel size of up to 45cm x 35cm x 16cm and 2kg. If your order is larger or heavier, please contact our team and we’ll customise your quote.

Can I store inventory with you?​

Yes, long-term pallet storage is available, and is 50p per pallet, per day.

Is returns handling included in the pricing?

​Returns handling is optional and priced separately. If you’d like us to receive, inspect, and restock returned items, just let us know and we can add it to your quote.

Is VAT included in the calculator results?

​No, all prices shown in the calculator are exclusive of VAT. VAT will be added at the standard rate of 20%.
