How Do I Get Started?

A step-by-step guide as to how Express Prep works and how to get started with us.

1. Sign Up

Signing up with Express Prep is really easy. ​Simply fill in some details about you, your business and your order fulfilment needs and we'll be in touch!

2. Choose your products

​Add your products to Express Prep’s inventory management either one at a time or by bulk upload. Inform us how we should manage them (either barcode or a custom identifier).

3. Ship your products

Either send them to our warehouse from yours, or directly from the manufacturer. Our fulfilment team can also handle the packaging of the products.

4. Customer orders

Your customer places the order via whichever sales channels you sell them on. Our team handles the picking, packing and posting.

5. Keeping you up to date

​​Our inventory management keeps you completely up to date, allowing you to track your sales and monitor your inventory levels at all times. 

6. Billing

Your dashboard gives you a daily breakdown of costs and volume, so there’s no surprises.
