Understanding the FBA Prep Process at Express Prep​

Place Your Order Online
The process begins when you place an order with a retailer. You will place the order like you usually do for your online orders, with the only difference being that you use our address. The retailer will continue with your order, and send it to our address. You keep your billing address the same but use a different delivery address. You will then upload the purchase information onto your Google Sheet and the SKU onto your Amazon account. We handle everything else for you.

Check-In
Upon arrival at our warehouse, your items undergo an inspection process to ensure they are fit for Amazon’s FBA network. Once we are happy with their condition, they will be checked in on your Google Sheet, which is usually within 24 working hours of arriving at our warehouse. We will inform you via your personal Discord channel if there are any damages or discrepancies with your order.

Shipment
Once your items have been checked in and prepared, we move on to the next phase: completing the shipping plan. We handle the whole shipment plan on your behalf. Our team carefully follows Amazon's guidelines to create an optimised shipping plan that minimises costs and maximises efficiency. Whether you're shipping to one fulfilment centre or multiple locations, we handle the logistics to ensure your products reach their destination on time and in perfect condition.
