​Express Prep was founded in 2022 to offer fast, reliable Order Fulfilment and Amazon FBA Prep services for businesses ready to outsource with confidence. It was built to solve the common pain points we experienced firsthand when working with other fulfilment centres.

Before launching Express Prep, our leadership team had worked with several fulfilment providers, each falling short in key areas and resulting in persistent issues. That led us to bring fulfilment in-house, focusing on getting it right for our own needs first. From there, we began scaling gradually, only taking on new customers when we knew we could deliver consistently excellent service.

Building a fulfilment company from the ground up comes with its challenges and plenty of lessons along the way. But today, we’re now in a position to take on businesses of all sizes, selling on all different platforms. Fast forward to today, Express Prep is over three years old and we can accommodate companies of all sizes, provided they align with our criteria for growth and long-term success.

So, who are we?
The Managing Director is Shane, who founded Express Prep. At university, Shane picked up a side hustle distributing items on eBay, which progressed to selling on Amazon and he later went full-time in the business. Shane has since scaled his Amazon business to over £2.5 million in sales. 

Our Warehouse Manager is Matt. Previously a Managing Director of a fulfilment company, he has over 30 years of experience in e-commerce warehouse operations and management. He was also responsible for achieving and maintaining MHRA and Home Office licenses as well as BSI and Organic accreditations. He’s also a good man, but Express Prep’s worst dart player, unfortunately.

Finally, we have several full-time and part-time staff members accumulating over 70 years of experience in the fulfilment industry. We have an excellent company culture within our small and efficient team, featuring regular social events and a dartboard in the warehouse.
