About Express PrepExpress Prep was created in 2022 as a fast and reliable Amazon FBA Prep Centre for customers looking to outsource their shipment creation. We designed it with a transparent pricing model, so customers can quickly identify their exact cost per unit.
The Managing Director had used several different fulfilment centres in the past, each lacking in one way or another, leaving him frustrated with the service. So he decided to bring the process in-house and start slowly scaling and taking on other customers only when the business could handle it. Starting a fulfilment company from scratch is difficult, and there are many learning opportunities, but we’re now in a position to take on sellers of all sizes and easily accommodate them within our maximum 48-hour turnaround time. Fast forward to today, and Express Prep is over two years old, sending out over 18,000 units a month and with an experienced team. So who are we? The Managing Director is Shane, who has been in this position for over two years. At university, Shane picked up a side hustle selling hot tubs and weights on eBay, which progressed to selling on Amazon and he became a full-time Amazon seller. Shane has since scaled his Amazon business to over £2.5 million in sales. Shane offers a free 1-1 mentorship call to help you scale your business; this is free as an Express Prep customer. Our Warehouse Manager is Matt. Previously a Director of a fulfilment company, he has over 30 years experience in e-commerce warehouse operations and management. He was also responsible for achieving and maintaining MHRA and Home Office licenses as well as BSI and Organic accreditations. He’s also a good man. Finally, we have several full and part-time staff members accumulating over 40 years of experience in the fulfilment industry. We have an excellent company culture within our small and efficient team, with regular social events and a dart board in the warehouse. Our mission is to give time back to our customers to help them grow their businesses. |
